Zacchaeus 2000 Trust relies heavily on philanthropic grants and donations to continue its vital work helping people in our communities on low income, particularly those at risk of losing their benefits and/or homelessness. We specialise in services which other charities cannot offer because they do not have the funding to do so. These services include:
- Tribunal representation for those who have had their disability benefits unfairly stopped
- Support with securing a sustainable tenancy in the private rented sector
- Support with raising a complaint against a public body or local authority when a benefits claim has been mismanaged.
In addition to helping thousands of people every year, we also campaign against unfair cuts to welfare benefits and to ensure that the voices of those most effected are heard by policy makers.
All donations are used to ensure that we are able to continue to provide the most needs services in our communities.
