    Press release: In memory of our founder, Rev Paul Nicolson

    Z2K is deeply saddened to hear of the death of our founder, Rev Paul Nicolson.  Paul was an absolutely tireless campaigner against the scourge of poverty in the UK, and especially against the recent cuts to Social Security benefits that have caused so much of it.

    Why Universal Credit was flawed from the start

    The Lords Economic Affairs Committee has just held an inquiry into Universal Credit (UC). As Z2K outlined in our response to this inquiry, 10 years on and many delays later, UC is failing to deliver on its original aims because these aims were either misconceived or subject to bad design decisions.

    Press Release: Raji Hunjan, Z2K CEO, to step down in April 2020

    Anti-poverty charity, Z2K, today announces the departure of its Chief Executive, Raji Hunjan.  Raji, who has led the charity for the past three years and has overseen the growth of all its work, will be moving on to a new role as Director of Housing & Homelessness at the Oak Foundation. The search for a new CEO will begin shortly.

    Z2K Celebration Event

    On Thursday 16th January 2020 6pm-8pm, Z2K are excited to be hosting our first ever celebration event at St Anne’s Church in Soho. It is the first opportunity we have had to bring all that are involved with Z2K, from funders to volunteers to clients, to see our achievements from 2019.
