Partnerships

We work in partnership with other charities, agencies and law firms to make sure we deliver the best service for our clients and achieve systematic change.

We are a member of several charity coalitions to bring together our collective knowledge, expertise and experience to develop and champion the practical solutions needed to tackle poverty:

  • Disability Benefits Consortium – over 100 charities working together towards a fairer welfare system for disabled people.
  • London Child Poverty Alliance – an alliance of organisations committed to tackling child poverty in London.
  • Taking Control Campaign – the 11 partners involved are calling for bailiff reform and highlights experiences of clients
  • End Child Poverty Coalition – exists to hold the Government, and all main political parties, to account for their commitment to eradicate child poverty
  • Renters Reform Coalition – believes all renters deserve a safe, affordable and secure home, where they can live and flourish
  • Social Security Consortium – provide a space for charities working in the sector to update on their work, and any insights from meetings with Department for Work and Pensions officials.

We work collaboratively with others to share learning and ways of working more effectively. For example, we are involved in the London Specialist Advice Forum with the London Legal Support Trust, the Administrative Justice Council’s Advice Sector Panel, the Justice Benefits Reform Working Party and HMCT Tribunal User Group. 

We retain an Advice Quality Standards (AQS) kite mark for our casework and advice services.
