Z2K is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in our new Right First Time Project, joining a professional and supportive team.
Right First Time is a project funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, which aims to reduce the need for advice services by persuading the deliverers of housing and benefit services to improve their processes. It builds on work already carried out in Westminster in which data on poor process and agencies’ responses to complaints was collected and dialogue begun with the providers.
The overall responsibility of the role is to manage the pursuit of complaints about poor process and to use the data from that work to achieve system change within DWP and LA benefit and housing departments. For further details please see the job description here.
Applicants should submit a CV and cover letter addressing how they meet the key competencies required for the role. Applications should be sent by email to Zeynep Gunes or by post to Zacchaeus 2000 Trust 34, Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0DH.
The deadline for applications is 1st May. Interviews will commence the week beginning the 2nd May. All applicants will be notified after all applications have been received.
