For those of you who work in a busy office, you would know that it takes effort to ensure that such emails, faxes and phone messages get ‘actioned’ and find their way to the right person.
Thankfully, now that we have a case management system, we have introduced an online enquiry form.
Information entered in this form is automatically transferred to our system and we can monitor the progress of the case easily. We can set alerts and tasks to ensure that things get worked on.
The online enquiry form isn’t meant to replace direct communication between us and our referrers/clients. Everyone is most welcome to email us or call us with questions etc. What the form does is to ensure request for help will be channelled to the right place.
