After our post on bailiff regulation last week, Consumer Action Group got in touch. Amongst the things discussed is thier forum where people share their shocking experiences of unregulated bailiffs.

They have also fed a number of case studies into an episode of “Exposure” on ITV1 that will screen on the 31st of October at 10.30pm. Lets hope this affects public oppinion and stirs the Ministry of Justice into action.
